Delta's Scooby Snacks

Makes about 3 dozen.

1-1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup flour
1 cup powdered skim milk
1/3 cup melted fat (beef, lamb or bacon)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup cold water

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, regular flour, and powdered milk.
2. Drizzle with melted fat. Add egg and water, mix well. Gather into a ball.
3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into dog bone (or other) shape.
4. Bake on ungreased baking sheets in 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes or until dark and crispy.
